- Facilitate adventure-based and action learning
programs including high and low challenge (ropes) courses, multiple-day
backpacking, camping, and sequenced series of problem solving/decision-making
group initiatives.
- Help organizations to identify Core Competencies and
ways to support and enhance those competencies through gap analysis,
coaching, training, and development.
- Evaluate company-wide communications, annual meetings,
planning and financial management to provide analysis of team dynamics.
- Offer strategic recommendations for improving team
dynamics through leadership and organizational development trainings.
- Direct large conferences, and multiple committee
management for strategic planning and organizational development purposes.
