goals and objectives of the client. While there are many standard
leadership/management and team development designs, we work to ensure that
there is continuity for programs that
are a part of an ongoing curriculum. When new information or agency changes
occur, we are quick to adjust our program designs to provide the new focus or
initiatives required for both the participants and the staff.
